Understanding the Format
Here’s what each question type is designed to measure.
Agreement Scales
A statement is presented, and you rate your agreement from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. These build a broad personality and work-style profile across many short items.
Forced-Choice Pairs
Two contrasting statements are shown side by side, and you choose the one that better describes you. These surface genuine preferences by removing the neutral middle ground.
Situational Judgment Questions
A short, realistic scenario is described, and you choose the best or worst response. These measure judgment, not job knowledge.
Most Likely / Least Likely Questions
A variation on situational judgment: you identify the response you’d be most likely to give, and the one you’d be least likely to give.
Remember This
None of these formats are trying to trap you. They’re all trying to answer one question: what are you actually like to work with?
